IBKR Analyzer ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website ibkr-analyzer.com. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this to identify your account.
Trade data: CSV files you upload are parsed on our servers to generate analysis results. If you are a Pro subscriber, your analysis results are stored so you can access them later. Raw CSV files are never stored permanently.
Billing information: Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:
Your account data and saved analyses are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your analyses at any time from the analysis history page. To fully delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use JWTs for session management and passwords are never stored - authentication is handled entirely via Google OAuth. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR.
